+ The Maze and Alana's "Extra Room" +
I'm crawling on my belly through what appears to be a very complicated maze with tiny tunnles and twists. The ceiling is soft and fluffy, although it looks like rock. The rest is carpet like I have in my room (walls and floor). I begin crawling forward and turn a tight corner to look upon the faces of two freaky-looking puppets (think of the freakiest ventriliquist puppet possible) sitting in a mine-car that is going jerkily back and forth as they open and close their mouths in a strange way. For a moment I merely stared at this extremely evil-looking display and then I called out through the tunnels, "Hey, Alana! Could you get me out of these tunnels?" She replied from behind me, "Probably."
So she crawled upward through another tunnel and I followed. Suddenly the scene changed. Supposedly, we had crawled up into the attic of our house. It was a very large bedroom with many old and long forgotten toys lying around (many I still recognize). We walk toward the bed and I notice that Alana has a wolf following by her side (apparently a toy). When I get to the bed I notice that there are a whole bunch of dreamcatchers hanging above it! The bed looks soft but it has never been used. I ask Alana, "Why have you never used thsi room? It's sweet!" But she merely replied, "Well, I guess I forgot about it..."
The scene then changed again to show me and Alana in a HUGE antique store. My mom tells us we each have four dollars to spend, but that's it. I begin looking and find a small family of wodden sheep that look very old. I decide to buy two of the small lambs (both about as big as my big toe). Alana, I think, get a wodden dog or wolf about as big as my palm. None of the items are coloured anything but a light tan of worn down wood. When we return home I put the sheep on the table, only to notice that one has turned into a wodden boy the same size. I say outloud, "They forgot my other sheep!"
